Stride(이하 "앱")는 인터벌 트레이닝 타이머 및 운동 기록 앱입니다. 본 앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 이 문서는 앱이 데이터를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
Stride는 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 계정 가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치·기기 식별자 등 어떤 개인정보도 요구하거나 수집하지 않습니다.
사용자가 앱에서 만든 워크아웃, 운동 기록, 메모, 설정 등 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 외부 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 개발자를 포함한 제3자가 접근할 수 없습니다.
Stride는 인터넷을 통해 데이터를 송수신하지 않습니다. 앱은 오프라인으로 동작합니다.
사용자는 자신의 데이터를 파일로 직접 내보내거나 가져올 수 있습니다. 이 과정은 전적으로 사용자가 제어하며, 파일은 사용자가 선택한 위치(예: 기기 저장소, 공유 대상)에만 저장됩니다. 개발자는 이 파일에 접근하지 않습니다.
Stride에는 광고가 없으며, 어떠한 분석(애널리틱스)·추적 도구도 사용하지 않습니다.
앱은 알림음·진동 등 기본 기능 외에 민감한 시스템 권한(위치·연락처·카메라 등)을 요구하지 않습니다. 파일 내보내기/가져오기 시에만 사용자가 직접 선택한 파일에 접근합니다.
Stride는 누구에게서도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 아동을 포함한 모든 사용자에게 안전합니다.
모든 데이터는 기기에만 저장되므로, 앱을 삭제하면 관련 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.
본 방침이 변경될 경우 이 페이지에 갱신된 내용과 날짜를 게시합니다.

Stride ("the app") is an interval-training timer and workout-logging app. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. This document explains how the app handles data.
Stride collects no personal information. There is no account or login, and the app does not request or collect your name, email, phone number, location, device identifiers, or any other personal data.
All data you create in the app — workouts, session history, notes, and settings — is stored only on your device. This data is never sent to any server and cannot be accessed by the developer or any third party.
Stride does not send or receive any data over the internet. The app works fully offline.
You may export or import your own data as a file. This is entirely user-controlled; the file is saved only to the location you choose (e.g., device storage or a share target). The developer has no access to this file.
Stride contains no ads and uses no analytics or tracking tools of any kind.
Beyond basic features such as sound cues and haptics, the app does not request sensitive system permissions (location, contacts, camera, etc.). It accesses only the files you explicitly choose when exporting or importing a backup.
Because Stride collects no personal information from anyone, it is safe for all users, including children.
Since all data is stored on your device, deleting the app also deletes its data.
